Get Impulse if you're looking for trolling other players. Get Disturbed if you're looking for Recoveries and general menu usage. I personally have Disturbed, and have experience with Impulse. The risk of getting banned with Impulse or Disturbed are generally so low that it doesn't matter which one you get. In terms of security, they're all about the same. Impulse and Disturbed are far better than Kiddions if you're simply looking for features.
